Cancellation and Refund

 · These are non-refundable amounts as per the current components attached. In the case of component change/modifications, the policy will change accordingly.

·  Please note, TCS once collected cannot be refunded in case of any cancellation / modification. You can claim the TCS amount as adjustment against Income Tax payable at the time of filing the return of income.

·  Cancellation charges shown is exclusive of all taxes and taxes will be added as per applicable.

Date Change Policy

· These are non-refundable amounts as per the current components attached. In the case of component change/modifications, the policy will change accordingly.

· Date Change fees don't include any fare change in the components on the new date. Fare difference as applicable will be charged separately.

· Date Change will depend on the availability of the components on the new requested date.

Exclusions

· Cost of extension of the validity of your holiday.

· Cost of any Suggested or Optional Excursions/Tours/Activities

· Expenses of personal nature such as laundry, wines, telephone charges, mineral water and other things not mentioned in the itinerary/inclusions

· Food and drinks not part of the included meals

· Anything not specifically mentioned in Inclusions list

· Departure/Arrival transfer to airport/hotel for land only customers

Terms and Conditions

· Pick Your Vacations undertakes no liability for any charge levied on the customer, in case some damage is caused to the hotel infrastructure by the customer, or for any extra charges levied on the customer for consumption from the minibar in the room, or for any other expenses not specifically included in the package

· In the cases where a third person is also sharing the room, they will be provided with an additional mattress or a roll-away bed.

· Kindly note that the average hotel room size can be smaller as compared to the room sizes available in India.

· Please note that visa cost is not included in the package

· Pick Your Vacations only provide visa assistance and plays no role in the grant or rejection of visa. The decision for the grant or rejection of visa is at the sole discretion of the concerned embassy/high commission.

· In case, transit visa is required by the customer, the responsibility for obtaining the same shall lie on the customer.

· Please expect to receive your vouchers 72 hours before your departure date (subject to full payment of your package cost)

· Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included

· In case your package needs to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc. Pick Your Vacations shall strive to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors.

· The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly match their names as per passports. Pick Your Vacations will not bear any liability for the name change fee, if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking

· Please note that if your package includes a flight which is a low cost carrier (Like Air Asia, Scoot Airlines, Air Arabia, Jetstar, Fly Dubai, Thai AirAsia, Air India Express, Tiger Airways, Vueling, Delta, Ryan Air, Pegasus, Indigo Etc) then baggage and meals will not be included in the package until specified in the booking. Baggage and meals can be added as per your requirement at an additional cost depending on the airlines and destination.

· Please ensure that baggage and any other upgrade requirements (if any) are given to our Travel Expert latest by 5 days before the date of departure. The cost of such upgrade shall be borne by the customer

· Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. An early check-in, or a late check out is solely based on the discretion of the concerned hotel

· In the eventuality of the selected hotel being not available for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category

· Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

· Visa is granted at the discretion of the concerned embassy. In case of rejection of Visa and subsequent cancellation of the booking, cancellation charges shall be applicable as per the cancellation policy provided.

· Booking shall be considered cancelled on the date the customer informs Pick Your Vacations in writing to cancel the booking.

· The scope of visa assistance is limited to providing information regarding documents required for visa and providing reasonable assistance in application for visa. Visa assistance does not imply that Pick Your Vacations is providing any guarantee that the visa will be granted.

· VFS Appointment is subject to availability and Pick Your Vacations has no control on the same.

· In case of rejection of visa, refund will be provided as per the cancellation policy for the package.

· Itineraries could be changed at the last moment and an alternative will be provided if possible.
